Summary
The Hearing Officer held that the invention claimed in the unpublished specification related to the same invention as claimed in the earlier applications GB 9827460.8 and GB 0131122.4 which were both refused by the Patents Court. She therefore refused the present application on the grounds of estoppel by record.
