Summary
The invention was to do with a computer-based system and method for ordering consumables using a service tag number as a message to the supplier to make a linkage to stored information at the supplier end of a network to reveal previously stored information about customer preferences. This was held to be a scheme, rule or method for doing business as such; and to relate to a program for a computer as such. (CFPH LLCs Application [2006] RPC 5 followed.)
