Summary
An application for a method for producing an application program to be executed on a mobile device, in which a source file has script code removed, the removed script being separately compiled, the remainder of the source file being adapted with parameters characteristic of the target mobile device to form a processed file, the processed file and the compiled file being combined into a single file and downloaded to the target device for execution, was refused under Section 1(2)(c) as being an invention relating to a computer program as such.
