Summary
The invention relates to a computer based system for representing the activities, processes, datasets and knowledge of an organisation in real time and its use to manage those activities, processes and information. The hearing officer found the invention to be excluded from patentability since it relates to a business method and a mental act, contrary to the provisions in section 1(2).
