Summary
A procedural decision and order following a telephone hearing. The claimants were seeking an order from the Comptroller requiring the defendants to hand over a ‘petition’ required to transfer ownership of a US patent application. The hearing officer decided not to make the order there and then, preferring to wait until the matter had been fully argued at a later hearing that had already been scheduled.
Nevertheless, the hearing officer ordered the defendants to bring the original signed petition to the later hearing.
