Summary
The application relates to a feline multi-component foodstuff which allows the cat to optimise the macronutrient content (ie. protein, fat & carbohydrate) of its diet.
The HO held that the application could proceed to grant on the basis of an auxiliary request claim set which was discussed at the hearing, subject to clarifying amendments to both the claims and the description, which were also agreed at the hearing.
