Summary
As a preliminary issue in a revocation action the Defendant had asked for striking out and/or summary judgment in respect of certain aspects of the Claimant’s claim. In addition they asked for disclosure in full of a previously disclosed redacted document. On striking out/summary judgment, the hearing officer found that the Defendant’s arguments where not persuasive and refused the requested order. On disclosure it emerged that the redacted document was the minutes of a meeting and that the redacted matter was only the names of individuals who had attended the meeting. The hearing officer found that the request was reasonable and ordered the disclosure of an unredacted copy of the document.
