Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under rule 10(2) by Illumina, Inc, the patent proprietor, it was found that Anthony William Czarnik should also be named as a joint inventor in the granted patent EP (UK) 1181534 and directed that an addendum slip mentioning him as a joint inventor be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
