Summary
An uncontested application was filed by J B Corrie and Company Limited. As a result, it was found that Peter Stone should be mentioned as a joint inventor in the published patent application and granted patent for the invention along with the currently named inventors, Hugh Nigel Kennedy and David James Malone. It was also directed that an addendum slip mentioning Peter Stone as a joint inventor be prepared for the published patent application and granted patent for the invention.
