Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under Section 13(3) by Deckel Maho Pfronten GmbH, the comptroller found that Rolf Kettemer should not have been mentioned as an inventor in the granted EP (UK) patent. The decision serves as a certificate to this effect. The comptroller also directed that an addendum slip be prepared stating that Rolf Kettemer should not have been mentioned as an inventor.
