Summary
As a result of an uncontested reference and application filed under section 37 and rule 10(2) by Bayer Materialscience AG it was found that Matteo Mason should be mentioned as co inventor in respect of patent number EP (UK) 1928927 and therefore under section 39 of the Patents Act 2007 Technogel Italia S.r.l. should be named as a joint proprietor. It was directed that the patents register be updated and an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this finding.
