The Criminal Justice Act 1972 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1973

21st February 1973

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 66(6) of the Criminal Justice Act 1972, I hereby make the following Order:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1972 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1973.

2. The provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1972 specified in the Schedules to this Order shall come into force on the dates mentioned in the headings of those Schedules.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force on 1st March, 1st April and 1st May 1973 respectively the provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1972 set out in Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to the Order.
