The Secretary of State for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(4) of the Road Traffic Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1974 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1975.

Section 13(1) (so far as that subsection relates to the provisions of Schedule 3 to the Act specified below in this Schedule). | Amendments relating to the licensing of drivers of vehicles. |

This Order brings into operation certain of the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1974 on 1st April 1975 (see Schedule to the Order which specifies those provisions and states their subject matter).
