In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 14(3) of the Criminal Jurisdiction Act 1975, I hereby make the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Jurisdiction Act 1975 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1976.
2. All the provisions of the Criminal Jurisdiction Act 1975, except so far as they are already in force, shall come into force on 1st June 1976.

This Order brings into force all the provisions of the Criminal Jurisdiction Act 1975, except so far as they are already in force. The provisions brought into force by the Order include provisions creating criminal liability under the law of Northern Ireland for certain offences committed in the Republic of Ireland and those relating to the procedure for the trial of such offences and of corresponding offences under the law of the Republic; and provisions amending the Explosive Substances Act 1883 (c. 3).
