The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) ("the 1984 Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to section 7(6) of the 1984 Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Camden (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 106) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 6th August 1990.
2. The Camden (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1976(2) shall be further varied as follows-
for item 88 in Schedule 2 to that Order there shall be substituted item 88 as set out in columns 1, 2 and 3 of the Schedule to this Order.
