The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2 and 3 of the Public Offices Fees Act 1879(1), hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Land Charges (Fees) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1990.
2. The fees payable in Her Majesty's Land Registry under the Land Charges Act 1972(2)shall be collected in money.
3. The Land Charges Fees Order 1985(3)so far as made under powers conferred by the Public Offices Fees Act 1879 is hereby revoked.

This Order, with the Land Charges Fees Rules 1990 (S.I. 1990/327), revokes the Land Charges Fees Order 1985. It provides for fees payable under the Land Charges Act 1972 to be collected in money.
