In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State bysections 22 and 103 of the Education Reform Act 1988(1), and after consulting with such persons with whomconsultation appeared to him to be desirable, the Secretary of State forEducation and Science hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Curriculumand Related Information) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall comeinto force on 21st June 1991.
2. The following provisions of the Education (School Curriculum andRelated Information) Regulations 1989(2)are revoked, namely: paragraphs (1) to (4) and (6) ofregulation 8; paragraph (1) of regulation 9; paragraphs (2) and (3) ofregulation 10; and Schedule 1.

These Regulations further amend the Education (School Curriculumand Related Information) Regulations 1989 by revoking the provisions ofthose Regulations which required the annual provision of specifiedinformation about the school curriculum to specified persons or bodies.
