(This note is not part of the Regulations)
The Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) (Wales) Regulations 1991 (S.I. 1991/1658) ("the principal Regulations") contain errors which it is necessary to correct by means of Amendment Regulations.
Regulation 2(5)(b) of the principal Regulations is superfluous and consequently regulation 3(b) of the Amendment Regulations provides that regulation 2(5)(a) of the principal Regulations becomes regulation 2(5).
The remainder of the provisions of regulation 3 of the Amendment Regulations correct errors of reference in the principal Regulations.
1988 c. 40. For matters to be prescribed, see section 235(7) of this Act and section 114(1) of the Education Act 1944 (c. 31) and for the transfer of functions to the Secretary of State see S.I. 1964/490, 1970/1536 and 1978/274.
S.I. 1991/1658.
