The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred upon Her by section 1(1) of the Consular Fees Act 1980(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Consular Fees (Amendment) (No.3) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1991.
2. Part II of the Table of Consular Fees in the Schedule annexed to the Consular Fees Order 1989(2) shall be amended by the insertion, after the entry for Fee 12, of the following entry-
"12A. Issuing a passport of 48 pages ... ... ... ...£22.50."

This Order amends the Consular Fees Order 1989 to provide a fee of £22.50 for issuing a passport of 48 pages.
S.I. 1989/152, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
