WATER SUPPLY, SCOTLAND

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 17(2) and 107(1)(b) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, on the application of the Tayside Regional Council, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Tayside Regional Council (Allt Girnaig, Moulin) (Amendment) Water Order 1991 and shall come into force on 6th January 1992.
(2) This Order and the Tayside Regional Council (Allt Girnaig, Moulin) Water Order 1981(2) (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order") may be cited together as the Tayside Regional Council (Allt Girnaig, Moulin) Water Orders 1981 and 1991.
2. In article 5 of the principal Order-
(a)in paragraph (2)(a) for the expression "4,600 cubic metres" there shall be substituted the expression "3,000 cubic metres" ; and
(b)in paragraph (2)(b) for the expression "4,500 cubic metres" there shall be substituted the expression "6,100 cubic metres".
3. The Tayside Regional Council shall at all times after the expiration of six months from the date on which this Order comes into force keep a copy thereof at the office of the Chief Executive of the Council.
