1. These Regulations may be cited as the Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on Ist April 1991.
2. Regulation 6 (Public service vehicle drivers' licences) of the Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) Regulations 1982(3) is hereby revoked; and section 2(3) of the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Act 1983(4) (which amends that regulation) shall cease to have effect.

These Regulations revoke regulation 6 (public service vehicle drivers' licences) of the Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) Regulations 1982 because of the bringing into force of the repeal of sections 22 to 23A of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (c. 14) in section 16 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 (c. 22) by the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/2610).
