The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 12(3)(c), 33(2) and (3)(c), 36(2)(a), 37(1) and 42(2) and (3) of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and with the concurrence of the Treasury as required by section 37(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Amend ment (No.2) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1992.
(2) In these Regulations, "the principal Regulations" means the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1987(2).
2.-(1) In regulation 4(a) of the principal Regulations, after the words "he is in receipt of", there shall be inserted the words "disability working allowance,"; and
(2) In regulation 15(1)(a)(v) of the principal Regulations, after the words "by way of", there shall be inserted the words "disability working allowance under section 20(6A) of the Social Security Act 1986(3),".

These Regulations amend the provisions of the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regula tions 1987 ("the principal Regulations") in the following respect.
Regulation 2 amends the principal Regulations in consequence of the provisions of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991 relating to disability working allowance, which amended the Social Security Act 1986.
These amendments come into force on 3rd April 1992.
1986 c. 50; section 20(6A) was inserted by section 6 of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991 (c. 21).
