The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 2, 17 and 21 of the Extradition Act 1870(1) and sections 4(1), 22(3), 30(1) and 37(3) of the Extradition Act 1989(2), or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Hijacking) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 27th July 1993.
2. The Extradition (Hijacking) Order 1992(3) shall be amended by substituting the words "section 22(4)(b)" for the words "section 22(4)(g)" where they appear in paragraph 1(a) of Part II of Schedule 4 to that Order.

This Order amends the Extradition (Hijacking) Order 1992 by substituting a reference to section 22(4)(b) of the Extradition Act 1989 for the reference to section 22(4)(g) of the same Act where it appears in paragraph 1(a) of Part II of Schedule 4 to that Order.
1870 c. 52; the Act was repealed by the Extradition Act 1989, with the savings mentioned in section 37 of that Act.
