Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1) and (2) and 24(1) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.4 and No.7) Orders 1993 Revocation Order 1993 and shall come into force at 17.00 hours on 28th July 1993.
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.4) Order 1993(2) and the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.7) Order 1993(3) are hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.4) Order 1993 and the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.7) Order 1993 which prohibited-�
(a)fishing for or taking scallops and mussels as defined (article 1), within the area designated in the Schedule respective to each Order (article 4),
(b)movement of such scallops and mussels out of that area (article 5),
(c)landing, using in the preparation or processing for supply of food of, supplying and other specified activities in relation to, such scallops and mussels from the designated area within the United Kingdom (article 6).
The effect of this Order is to remove completely the prohibition in fishing for, taking, moving, landing, using in food production and supplying scallops and mussels from the area designated in the Schedule respective to each Order.
1985 c. 48; section 1(1) and (2) was amended respectively by section 51(2)(a) and (b) of the Food Safety Act 1990 (c. 16), and section 24(1) was amended by paragraph 29 of Schedule 3 to that Act; section 1(2) defines "designating authority" and section 24(1) defines "the Ministers".
