This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1993/715 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 102(2) and (4), 138(1)(1) and 190(1) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989(2) as extended by subsections (2) and (3) of Section 2 of the Welsh Language Act 1967(3) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc.Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 16th September 1993.
2. The Housing Renovation etc Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1993(4) are amended as follows:
(a)in Schedule 1 (amendments to Form 1 and Form 2)-
(i)in paragraph 2, before "there is substituted" insert the words "in Form 1 (Ffurflen 1);"
(ii)after paragraph 2, insert the following-
"2A. For question 1.16 (cwestiwn 1.16) in Form 2 (Ffurflen 2) there is substituted-
"
"; and"
(iii)in paragraph 3, after the word "against" insert the words ""Lwfans gweini" and against".
(b)In Schedule 2 (amendments to Form 3), in paragraph 3 after the word "against" insert the words "Lwfans gweini" and "against".

O ganlyniad, gwnaed yr Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1993(9) i gywiro man ddiffygion yn Atodlenni 1 a 2 i'r Rheoliadau Saesneg. Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gwneud y cywiriadau hynny yn y Rheoliadau Cymraeg.

The Housing Renovations etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1993(10) ("the Welsh Regulations") amended the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1991(11).The amendments were a translation into Welsh of amendments made by the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1993(12) ("The English Regulations") to the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1990(13). Subsequently, the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1993(14) were made to correct defects in Schedules 1 and 2 to the English Regulations. These Regulations make those corrections in the Welsh Regulations.
