The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(2) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Maidstone Priority Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st March 1993.
2. In article 4 of the Maidstone Priority Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991(3) for the words "4 non-executive" there shall be substituted "5 non-executive" and for the words "4 executive" there shall be substituted "5 executive".

This Order amends the constitution of an NHS trust, established by Order under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990, by increasing the number of executive and non-executive directors from 4 to 5.
1977 c. 49; section 126(3) was amended by section 65(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
