The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by sections 11 and 126(3) and (4) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
2. The Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1982(2) is hereby revoked, and the Central Blood Laboratories Authority is accordingly hereby abolished.

This Order revokes the Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1982 and abolishes the Central Blood Laboratories Authority, a special health authority which was established by that Order.
1977 c. 49; section 11 was amended by paragraph 31 of Schedule 1 to the Health Services Act 1980 (c. 53) and by Schedule 10 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19) ("the 1990 Act"); subsections (3) and (4) of section 126 were amended by section 65(2) of the 1990 Act.
