REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE
Made
15th April 1994
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 3(3) of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993 (Commencement) Order 1994.
2. Section 1 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993 shall come into force for all purposes on 1st May 1994.

The Order brings section 1 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 1993 into force for all purposes on 1st May 1994. The remainder of that Act came into force on Royal Assent.
