1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy Delay Procedure) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 12th December 1994.
(2) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Housing (Right to Buy Delay Procedure) (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1989(3).
2. The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the corresponding forms in the Schedule to the principal Regulations for the purposes set out in regulation 2 of the principal Regulations.
3. Forms substantially to the like effect to the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations may be used.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn pennu fersiynau Cymraeg i ffurflenni hysbysiad y Rheoliadau Tai (Gweithdrefn Oediad Hawl i Brynu) (Ffurflenni Penodedig) 1989, fel y'u diwygiwyd gan y Rheoliadau Tai (Gweithdrefn Ordiad Hawl i Brynu) (Ffurflenni Penodedig) (Diwygio) 1993.
Y ffurflenni y pennir fersiynau Cymraeg ar eu cyfer o dan y Rheoliadau hyn yw:-�
a.Ffurflen hysbysiad cychwynnol o oediad o dan adran 153A(1) Deddf Tai 1985 (ffurflen RTB6).
b.Ffurflen gwrth-�hysbysiad o dan adran 153A(3)(b) Deddf Tai 1985 (ffurflen RTB7).
c.Ffurflen ar gyfer hysbysiad gweithredol o oediad o dan adran 153A(5) Deddf Tai 1985 (ffurflen RTB8).
