HOUSING, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1994

The Secretary of State for Wales in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 176(1) and (5) of the Housing Act 1985(1) as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993(2) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:-

Citation, commencement and revocation

1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 12th December 1994.

(2) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1986(3).

(3) The Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Forms) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1988(4) are hereby revoked.

2. The forms set out in the Schedules to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the forms in the corresponding Schedules to the principal Regulations.

3. Forms substantially to the like effect to the forms set out in Schedules 1 to 4 to these Regulations may be used.

Explanatory Note

(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Rheoliadau)

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn pennu fersiynau Cymraeg o ffurflenni hysbysiad y Rheoliadau Tai (Hawl i Brynu) (Ffurflenni Penodedig) 1986, fel y'u diwygiwyd gan y Rheoliadau (Hawl i Brynu) (Ffurflenni Penodedig) (Diwygio) 1989, 1990, 1992 a 1993.

Mae Rheoliad 1(3) yn diddymu'r Rheoliadau blaenorol a oedd yn pennu fersiynau Cymraeg o ffurflenni'r hysbysiadau a bennwyd gan Reoliadau gwreiddiol 1986.

Y ffurflenni y pennir fersiynau Cymraeg ar eu cyfer gan y Rheoliadau hyn yw:-

Atodlen 1

a.Ffurflen yr hysbysiad i'w ddefnyddio gan denant diogel i wneud cais am yr Hawl i Brynu (ffurflen RTB1).

Atodlen 2

b.Ffurflen yr hysbysiad i'w ddefnyddio gan landlord i dderbyn neu wadu cais y tenant (ffurflen RTB2).

Atodlen 3

c.Ffurflen yr hysbysiad i'w ddefnyddio gan denantiaid sy'n wneud cais am yr hawl i gaffael ar delerau rhent i forgais (ffurflen RTB3).

Atodlen 4

d.Ffurflen yr hysbysiad i'w ddefnyddio gan landlord i dderbyn neu wadu cais y tenant am gaffael ar delerau rhent i forgais (ffurflen RTB3A).
