1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant) (Bishop Perowne High School) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 7th August 1995.
(2) In these Regulations-
"grant" means a grant in pursuance of these Regulations;
"the governing body" means the governing body of the Bishop Perowne High School, Merrimans Hill, Worcester; and
"the School" means the Bishop Perowne High School, Merrimans Hill, Worcester.
2. The Secretary of State may pay grant of such amount as she may determine, not exceeding £6,610, to the governing body in respect of expenditure incurred by them in respect of legal and other expert advice relating to a defective roof of a gymnasium used for the provision of educational services at the School.
3. Where grant is paid under these Regulations the governing body shall comply with such requirements (including requirements as to the repayment of grant and the payment of interest on sums due) as may be specified by the Secretary of State.

These Regulations authorise the Secretary of State to pay grant to the governing body of the Bishop Perowne High School in respect of legal and other expert advice relating to a defective roof of a gymnasium used for the provision of educational services at the School.
1944 c. 31; section 100(1)(b) was amended by section 213(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988 (c. 40).
