1. This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 29th November 1995.
2. In paragraph 1(i) of article 3B of the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994(3), the words "Serbia or Montenegro" are revoked.

The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 excludes, subject to certain conditions and exceptions, goods in transit (goods imported into the United Kingdom for re-export) from the prohibition imposed by that Order on export without a licence, unless they are being exported to a small number of territories including Serbia and Montenegro.
This Order deletes the references to Serbia and Montenegro, so that goods in transit, other than military goods and certain animals and animal products, may be exported there without a licence under the same conditions as for most other destinations.
