The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Central Regional Council (Prohibition of Swimming, Bathing etc. in Reservoirs) Byelaws Extension Order 1995 and shall come into force on 5th March 1995.
2. The period during which the Central Regional Council (Prohibition of Swimming, Bathing etc. in Reservoirs) Byelaws 1985 are to remain in force is hereby extended to 6th March 1996.
