In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 172(2) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(1), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1995.
2. The provisions of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 referred to in the left-hand column of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters described in the right-hand column) shall come into force on 10th April 1995.

This Order brings into force on 10th April 1995 the provisions of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 specified in the Schedule to this Order.
