The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Act 1993(1), hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Act 1993 (Commencement) Order 1996.
2. The Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Act 1993 shall come into force on 9th September 1996.
