29th February 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7(3) of the Offshore Safety Act 1992(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Offshore Safety Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1996.
2. Sections 2(3)(b) and (c) and 3(3)(b) of the Offshore Safety Act 1992 and section 7(2) of that Act so far as relating to the second repeal in the Gas Act 1986 shall come into force on 1st March 1996.
