The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18(1), (4) and (11) of the Agriculture Act 1986(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.
2.-(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992(2) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) In the Schedule there shall be added after the word "interest" at the end of paragraph 10(b)(vi) the following:-
"; and
(vii)if the farmer so wishes, a grazing plan and other measures necessary to conserve, enhance or extend water margins, the width of which must be at least 6 metres.".

This Order amends the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992 by an amendment to paragraph 10(b) of the Schedule to that Order to enable a farmer, if he so wishes, to include in his farm conservation plan a grazing plan and other measures necessary to conserve, enhance or extend water margins in the area affected by the Order.
