The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as The A40 Trunk Road (Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1999 Experimental Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 17th January 2000.
2. The A40 Trunk Road (Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham ) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1999(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In Schedule 2B item 3 is substituted as follows:
"3. A40 Western Avenue, the south-west side from a point 6 metres north-west of a point opposite the party wall of 159 and 161 Western Avenue to a point opposite the party wall of 149 and 151 Western Avenue."
4. In Schedule 2B item 11 is substituted as follows:
"11. A40 Westway, the northside, from a point 2 metres west of the western boundary of 11 Westway westward for a distance of 14 metres."
5. In Schedule 4 item 3 is substituted as follows:
"3. A40 Western Avenue, the south-west side, from a point opposite the party wall of 233 and 235 Western Avenue to a point 6 metres north-west of a point opposite the party wall of 159 and 161 Western Avenue."
6. In Schedule 4 item 9 is substituted as follows:
"9. A40 Westway, the north side, from its junction with Old Oak Common Lane to a point 2 metres east of the party wall of 5 and 7 Westway."
