Amendment of the Schedule to the Asylum Support Regulations 2000

The Schedule to these Regulations, which provides for amendments to be made to the Application Form and Notes found in the Schedule to the 2000 Regulations, shall have effect.

In section 3 of the Application Form, at the end of the entry "Have you applied for support before", insert "from the National Asylum Support Service".

In section 13 of the Application Form, after the words "Can we give your details to the local health authority", insert ", local authority".
