Coming into force | 1st March 2003 |
shall be treated as having been approved under paragraph (1), even though it was not approved for the purpose mentioned in paragraph (2), and paragraphs (3) and (4) shall apply to it accordingly.
(6) Paragraph (5) shall cease to have effect on 31st January 2005."
