The Court of Protection (Amendment) Rules 2003

  Made 10th July 2003 
  Laid before Parliament 11th July 2003 
  Coming into force 1st August 2003 

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 106 and 108 of the Mental Health Act 1983[1], makes the following Rules:

     1. These Rules may be cited as the Court of Protection (Amendment) Rules 2003 and shall come into force on 1st August 2003.

     2. Column 2 of the Appendix to the Court of Protection Rules 2001[2] is amended as follows -

These Rules increase various fees payable under the Court of Protection Rules 2001 (S.I. 2001/824) as follows -
