Amendment of the Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards Order 2003

For article 2 of the Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards Order 2003[2] there is substituted the following article -

(a) Using the British Crime Survey, the percentage of people who think their local police do a good job. |

(a) Satisfaction of victims of racist incidents with respect to the overall service provided. (b) From 1(e), comparison of satisfaction for white users and users from visible minority ethnic groups with respect to the overall service provided. (c) Percentage of PACE stop/searches which lead to arrest by ethnicity of the person stopped. (d) Comparison of percentage detected of violence against the person offences by ethnicity of the victim. |
