The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 74A(2) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991[1] hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.
This Order may be cited as the Street Works (Charges for Occupation of the Highway) (England) (Revocation) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 24th August 2004.
Revocation
2.
The following Orders are revoked -
the Street Works (Charges for Occupation of the Highway) (England) (Middlesbrough Borough Council) Order 2002[2];
the Street Works (Charges for Occupation of the Highway) (England) (London Borough of Camden) Order 2002[3]; and
the Street Works (Charges for Occupation of the Highway) (England) (Transport for London) Order 2002[4].
