the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) Regulations 1991 shall have effect as if these Regulations had not been made.

In regulation 3, for all references to "2A(a)" substitute "2A".
5.
For Schedule 2A substitute the Schedule 2A as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
