The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 135 of the Police Act 1997(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1.–(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2007.
(2) The Order extends to Northern Ireland.
2. The following provisions of the Police Act 1997 shall come into force on 3rd December 2007–
(a) section 120;
(b) section 120ZA;
(c) section 120A;
(d) section 120AA;
(e) section 120AB;
(f) section 122;
(g) section 122A;
(h) section 123;
(i) section 124;
(j) section 124A;
(k) section 125;
(l) section 126; and
(m) section 127.

This Order brings into force provisions in Part V of the Police Act 1997 which deal with criminal records in Northern Ireland on 3rd December 2007.
