This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2010/2188 and S.I. 2010/2213 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State, after consulting the bodies specified in section 152(2) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009(1), makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 152(1) of that Act.
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fisheries and Conservation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2011.
(2) This Order comes into force on 7th March 2011.
2.-(1) Article 16 of the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010(2) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph (1).
3.-(1) Article 16 of the Isles of Scilly Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010(3) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph (1).

This Order corrects a defect in the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010 and in the Isles of Scilly Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010.
