Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Lord Chancellor, after consulting the Lord Chief Justice, makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 92(6) of and Part 1 of Schedule 11 to the Children Act 1989(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011 and comes into force-
(a)in respect of Chorley County Court, on 12th September 2011;
(b)in respect of Rawtenstall County Court and Shrewsbury County Court, on 3rd October 2011.
2. Chorley County Court, Rawtenstall County Court and Shrewsbury County Court shall cease to be family hearing centres.
3. The Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008(2) shall be amended by deleting the entries in Schedule 1 (classes of county court) to that Order relating to:
(a)Chorley County Court;
(b)Rawtenstall County Court; and
(c)Shrewsbury County Court.

This Order amends the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2836) so that Chorley County Court, Rawtenstall County Court and Shrewsbury County Court cease to be family hearing centres on the dates specified in article 1 of this Order.
