The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Governance and Administration of Occupational Defined Contribution Trust-Based Pension Schemes) Appointed Day Order 2013.
2. The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator's Code of Practice No. 13: Governance and administration of occupational defined contribution trust-based pension schemes is 21st November 2013.
