The Defence Support Group Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2015

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973(1), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Defence Support Group Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2015.

(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2015.

Revocation

2.  The Defence Support Group Trading Fund Order 2008(2) is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order revokes the Defence Support Group Trading Fund Order 2008 ("the 2008 Order"). As a result, the trading fund established by the 2008 Order ceases to exist.

A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is forseen.
