The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 198 of the Localism Act 2011(1) ("the 2011 Act"), having been notified of the designation of a Mayoral development area and of the name to be given to the Mayoral development corporation for the area, by the Mayor of London under section 197(6)(b) and (c) of the 2011 Act, makes the following Order.
1. This Order may be cited as the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (Establishment) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st April 2015.
2.-(1) The Mayoral development area is the area of land in Greater London, shown bounded externally by the inside edge of the black line on the map.
(2) In paragraph (1), "the map" means the map marked "Map referred to in the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (Establishment) Order 2015" of which prints signed by a Director in the Department for Communities and Local Government have been deposited, and are available for inspection, at the offices of the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and at the offices of the Greater London Authority.
3. There is established a corporation for the Mayoral development area named the "Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation".

This Order establishes a Mayoral development corporation in relation to an area in West London (which is located within the boundaries of the London boroughs of Brent, Ealing and Hammersmith and Fulham), designated as a Mayoral development area. The area is shown bounded externally by the inner edge of a black line on the map referred to in article 2 of this Order. The Mayoral development corporation for the area is to be called the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (article 3).
A full impact assessment has not been prepared for this Order as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
2011 c. 20. "Mayoral development corporation" has the meaning given in section 196 of the 2011 Act.
